Best Western Executive Hotel

This is a basic hotel, good for a clean room and quick access to the highway. There is no real charm in the building, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Getting into the lobby was a bit of a challenge. With luggage in hand we had to open the outer doors by ourselves. Other hotels we stayed at on our trip had "automaticly opening" doors for ease & convienence.Getting into our room also proceeded to be an adventure. You had to enter with luggage in hand and navigate around a corner in order to get into the room. Kinda hard to do when your hauling in all you stuff for your stay.There also was no kind of guide for the TV, so being from out of town and not knowing the local channels we spent a lot of time "searching" for something to watch after traveling most of the day. Last concern was when checking out, hotel refused to give us a reciept of our bill for our stay. They said seeing how as we booked our reservations "online" that the service (priceline) would be sending us a reciept. All our other hotels we booked at (3) for our trip DID give us reciepts when we checked out. We've been back for over a week now & have recieved nothing. Not a good endorsement. ...read more

Fine for the price. Clean.

This is the first time that I was not satisfied with the hotel. The mattress did not line up with the box spring, the curtains had water stains and the couch was definitely not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting more than a bed and a roof. ...read more

It's time to replace the dated features. The main entrance front door looked like it was about to fall off, and the shower was Nasty, with a showerhead that struggled to deliver water.
